Foreign-owned Charter Schools – it could happen in Washington State

One of the objections CURE had against the recently passed Washington State Charter Schools Initiative was that it created the potential for foreign-owned charter schools. This could come in several forms. One type is a charter school started by foreign businessmen wanting to obtain US EB-5 visas.
