Texas court rules on student’s refusal to wear school RFID bracelet

A few weeks ago, we posted an article about a San Antonio high school’s program to use RFID (Radio frequency ID) badges to track student on the school campus. One student has refused, and the case has gone before a Texas district court which granted a temporary restraining order in the student’s favor. This is another example of a school attempt to monitor and control students and to condition them to be compliant. Our schools are looking more like prisons than places of learning. Read the article.
